I have to admit, I easily proscratinate and that’s why I am working with a personal trainer Bondi teacher. It isn’t just exercise that I delay, but also other things like cleaning my room, doing school work and making my appointments. I am not sure why I put things off, but I guess it is human nature. The good thing about working with a skiller instructor is that he understands the problems that people have with their intentions. He also can scare me by talking about the potential heart problems that can occur if one keeps eating saturated fats. I need ideas for snacks and because that is usually my weakness. I will have to be strong because the rest of my family eats a lot of junk food. This is a problem for me, but they don’t have excess fat so I can’t really make demands on them. My goals are to stop putting off what is important and staying true to my priorities.
