There’s so much hype around, so many different products that may or may not be what they claim, sometimes it’s hard to figure out what’s really true. Careful reading and research, that’s a good start, but I really think the best way to find out if something works is to try it myself.
So that’s what I’ve decided to do after reading about something called a flex belt scam. Seems there’s this abdominal toning belt that’s fairly new on the market that is supposed to get your muscles in shape without having to do any other exercise…or, at least, that’s what the scam people are saying.
But if you go to the real belt site, you’ll see that it recommends other exercises too, along with a healthy diet…so what’s the scam here?
I don’t think there really is one…just some slopping retelling of some half truths that really have nothing to do with reality.
